These antique flip rings are so charming and increasingly difficult to find!

Made of 14K white gold, one side of the center holds a cameo portrait in shell of a woman with her hair up, wearing a necklace centered by a single cut diamond. When flipped, you have an octagonal buff-top cut onyx with a small central diamond that is, itself, set in a white gold frame.

The undercarriage and shoulders are delicately filigreed and the band has a well worn engraving.
