The Chilean Lapis ring has a striking inlay of blue with light and dark veins.  The inlay has the look of stone because it is stone.  The inlay is made from real stone that is ground and reformed under high pressure with an acrylic binder.  This allows the stone to be stronger than it could be naturally.  The process preserves the intricate swirls of the original agate.  The titanium helps to protect the inlay from damage.
