Ring is sterling silver and adjustable. Adjustable band is thick sterling silver and adjustable part is hidden under the stone.
You can easily adjust the size from roughly size 6-10 yourself.
We do recommend you adjust it and leave it so as not to weaken the silver with constant readjustments
